Heroin dealer to pay court £30,000

A drug dealer who dumped large quantities of heroin on the streets whilst being chased by police has been ordered to pay £30,000 to prosecutors.

Craig Morgan, 44, was forced to hand over the cash yesterday under proceeds of crime legislation at the High Court in Edinburgh.

Morgan, of Kelty, Fife, was jailed for four years in November 2015 after pleading guilty to being involved in the supply of drugs in January that year.
