Bluebells look to complete job

Lochee United may already have one foot in the Super League but boss Stevie Leahy will be leaving nothing to chance as the Dundee side welcome Sauchie to Thomson Park this evening for the second leg of their play-off (kick-off 7.30).

United lead 5-0 from Monday night’s first leg at Beechwood Park thanks to goals from Pat Martin, who netted the first, while Bryan Deasley and Phil Hagan scored two each.

Leahy has a full squad to choose from as United look to bounce back to the top flight.

Tonight also sees the final North League fixture of the season as Newburgh host Forfar Albion.

Montrose Roselea, who have moved to the North Region, have transfer-listed Arbroath-based duo Scott McDowell and Grant Mowatt.
