Cameras follow three families whose lives have been reshaped by a cancer diagnosis, including 83-yearold June, whose family must face up to her imminent death when she learns she has pancreatic cancer. Meanwhile, 17-year-old Phoebe is receiving treatment for a tumour on her kidney and uses a blog to vent her changing emotions.
