Former PMs make referendum appeal

Sir John Major and Tony Blair shared a platform as they made a joint EU appeal yesterday in Londonderry, Northern Ireland.

The former British Prime Ministers warned that voting to leave the EU could ‘jeopardise the unity’ of the UK. They suggested that it may cause Scotland to revisit an independence referendum and put Northern Ireland’s ‘future at risk’.
