OAP with plenty of zip

There can’t be many 93-year-olds who would consider hurtling down a zip wire as the ideal way to spend an early summer’s afternoon. But then Daniel Gannon is no ordinary nonagenarian. The zany adventure was the latest challenge on a bucket list which has already seen him loop-the-loop in a spitfire.

Planned future challenges include a wing-walk and a skydive.
