Vics looking for safety

-

Coupar Angus and Brechin Vics complete their seasons as they meet at Foxhall Park.

A win for Vics will lift them above Coupar Angus and out of the bottom three, something that Vics boss Phil Mcguire thinks is the least his side deserve after its season has been ravaged by injuries.

The game is Coupar manager Logan Mcconachie’s last game in the hotseat and he will be hoping to go out on a high.

Both managers expect to have the same squads that were on duty in midweek.

Lochee Harp will be buoyed by ending East Craigie’s run of victories in midweek as they prepare to take on Scone Thistle in what is both sides final fixture of the season.

Harp boss Michael Gormley expects to have a full squad available as does Scone boss Derek Lawson whose side have been inactive since April 28.

Montrose Roselea head to Maud for the second time this season but will be hoping for a better outcome than their last visit when a humiliating 6-1 loss was their worst of the season.

Roselea could finish fifth with three wins in their last three games – but that task will be made difficult by the fact they have several players missing.

Lloyd Hester, Jack Dalgarno, Ross Mcleod and Craig Anderson are injured, Callum Rae is suspended and Joe Aitken and Murray Soutar are unavailable.
