Views sought from across area on learning disability strategy

Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership is in the initial stages of developing a learning disability strategy specific to the area.

The team developing the strategy are holding a number of engagement sessions with various groups.

An online survey is available at surveymonkey.co.uk/r/ learningdisabilityaberdeenshire

Integration Joint Board chairwoman Dr Lynda Lynch said: “A huge amount of progress has been made in the last few years in further integrating people with learning disabilities into our communities, but there is still a way to go.”

The survey runs until December 7.
