APPEAL

Police have appealed for informatio­n after a red Fiat 500 was struck and damaged by a silver Corsa in the Reform Street/high Street car park in Monifieth at around 1pm on Friday. The Corsa driver is reported to have got out of his car, looked at the damage and then driven off.

Anyone with informatio­n is urged to contact police on 101.

Scottish Chamber Orchestra’s Big Ears, Little Ears concert tour for babies and toddlers will visit Forfar on March 7.

A man in his 40s was allegedly assaulted by two younger men using a metal pole. He suffered facial and head injuries in the incident which happened in Green Street car park, near the junction with Canmore Street, around 5.30pm last Tuesday.
