Nature talks return in Forfar
Heartening news reaches Craigie with confirmation of the Angus and Dundee
branch of the Scottish Wildlife Trust’s first open talk since before the pandemic.
The group’s Liz Houghton says: “Wildlife in the Glens, a talk by the glens ranger Hugh Bell, is the first open lecture to be held by the Angus and Dundee branch since Covid started. Hugh has an unsurpassed knowledge of the Angus Glens and all that moves or flies in them, and he takes wonderful photographs.”
The event is being held this Thursday, November 17, at 7.30pm in Meffan Hall, above the Meffan Gallery, in Forfar’s West High Street, with parking available in the nearby Myre Car Park.
Entry to the lecture will be by donation, with both SWT members and non-members alike being encouraged to attend.
