Young farmers join forces to help one another

The next generation of farmers from across the UK have been gathering to identify the barriers and opportunities to getting a start in the industry. A delegation from National Farmers’ Union Scotland’s Next Gen group was at the NFU head office in Stoneleigh last week with fellow groups from the NFU, NFU Cymru and Ulster Farming Union. The NFU Scotland Next Generation team was Lisa Hislop, right, Lucy Mitchell, Andrew Mcfadzean and Matthew Steel.
