Everyone loves a good panto and Frosted, a new show from the Thomson Leng Musical Society, is sure to excite and amaze.

Running at Dundee’s Gardyne Theatre from November 30 to December 4, Frosted tells the story of Princess Hannah as she teams up with Kristian, her nanny Florrie, and a snowman.

The trio must find her estranged sister Queen Ella, whose icy powers have inadvertently trapped their kingdom in eternal bad winter.

They must also stop Prince Anders and his sidekick Sinestra from taking over the kingdom.

After a decade of presenting “more traditional” pantos, the cast – who range in age from eight to 70 – are excited to be bringing something new to life this festive season.

Sean O’rourke, who plays Prince Anders, says: “I’m so excited about getting to finally share this panto with audiences.

“Rehearsals have been tough but are always so much fun.

“This is my first ever panto and I am loving playing a baddie. Prince Anders is the most handsome prince in all of Dundonia but he has a real wicked side.

“I’m most looking forward to being booed for seven performances in a row.”

Frosted opens at the Gardyne on Wednesday November 30 and runs until Sunday December 4 with matinees on the Saturday and Sunday.
