Some rising stars find their voice
The pupils at Strathallan School weren’t even twinkles in their father’s eyes when John Farnham’s power ballad You’re The Voice climbed the UK charts.
But their whole-school rendition of the 1980s hit has introduced it to a new audience – and shone a spotlight on the school’s talent.
A video has been watched more than 40,000 times on Facebook. And the quality of the singing, not to mention the electric guitar, brass and strings accompaniments, suggests some budding stars may well have found their voice.
