More silverware as tennis star Raducanu holds court at castle

Tennis star Emma Raducanu said she is “extremely grateful” for her MBE after meeting the King at a special ceremony. The 20-year-old beamed as she posed for pictures after accepting the honour, awarded for services to tennis, at Windsor Castle yesterday. She was made an MBE after her US Open victory in 2021 made her the first British woman to win a grand slam in singles since Virginia Wade’s Wimbledon triumph in 1977.
