Dundee stu­dents in­volved in fi­nal fron­tier medicine

Two Dundee Univer­sity med­i­cal stu­dents have just com­pleted an ‘out of this world’ in­tern­ship with the Euro­pean Space Agency (ESA).

Amir Fathi and Neil Tan sam­pled space food, helped plan space ex­plo­ration projects and met Bri­tish as­tro­naut Tim Peake dur­ing their eight weeks with the ESA in Ger­many.

Both now plan on ex­plor­ing the realms of space medicine af­ter grad­u­at­ing this sum­mer.
