Incidents on Sunday night may be linked

POLICE ARE appealing for information about a series of incidents which began in Kirkcaldy before moving to a village outside Glenrothes.

The disturbances were sparked at Gunners Club in School Lane at around 11pm on Sunday.

It is understood that the same people involved in the initial incident were also central to a second disturbance in Main Street, Thornton.

Police are appealing for further information about both incidents.

Detective Sergeant Alex Raeside said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area of the Gunners Club or Main Street in Thornton at the time, or anyone else who may have information concerning these incidents.”
