IS THERE a communitybased arts or entertainment event in Courier country you think we should know about? Then get in touch with The Courier’s Friday What’s On section.

We will try to fit in as many events as possible; however, due to limited space we simply cannot guarantee your listing will appear.

Please give us a minimum of one week’s notice for any event.

thecourier.co.uk and firstly include your full name and a personal contact telephone number.

This personal information will only be used in the event we need to verify the listing.

Please then help the paper’s What’s On team by setting out your event information in the following order:

Title of event (for example, Sound of Music)

Venue name and address (including postcode)

Date (or run of dates) and time of event

Brief description (maximum 50 words)

Admission price (please state clearly if admission is free)

Telephone for further information (this will be printed in the paper)

Website address, if applicable

Remember – if you don’t let us know about your event, we won’t be able to let everybody else know! We look forward to hearing from you.
