THE BIG RAF camp at Inverbervie which is to be sold by public auction on May 26 may become a holiday camp after all. Some time ago it was rumoured that Butlins were interested in the property, but that proved to be unfounded. During the past week, however, a group of Anstruther business men have been in Inverbervie surveying the camp. It is believed they are willing to modernise the prefabricated home units into holiday chalets, specialising for bed-andbreakfast tourists. The project would be a tremendous shot in the arm for the Mearns coast.
