Pride in appearances

Congratulations to Courier Country winners in the annual Beautiful Scotland competition. Tayside and Fife communities have carried home armfuls of prizes and it is a credit to the hardworking council staff and volunteers involved.

At a time of severe budget restrictions, the state of our cities, towns and villages could easily suffer but it has not been allowed to happen.

Pride in appearances still goes a long way.
