LibertySpace Gets Down To Business
STARTING in business is exciting, empowering and at times, terrifying! If you’re trying to start or grow your business, the last thing you have time for is dealing with building maintenance or spending hours on hold with your broadband provider.
Serviced offices and shared workspaces are a great alternative when space at home is limited or the lure of a full dishwasher or the drone of next door’s lawnmower means you just can’t get things done.
LibertySpace provide local, flexible and affordable work spaces in Fife, Kinross and Dundee.
The type of business you run doesn’t really matter; the space does. LibertySpace have studios, offices, coworking, virtual offices, workshops and warehousing, all with fast fibre broadband available on flexible terms across all our locations. Meaning entrepreneurs can concentrate on the stuff that matters; building a brand and maximising profits.
Remember new business doesn’t always need physical space, virtual offices give the security of a separate mailing address if you work from your home and can have call, mail and admin services added. Or if you are in logistics or fulfilment, storage, workshop and office space combinations can help to streamline your sales process and keep you on top of your orders.
We’ve discovered through our work with the Rosyth Business Centre based Acorn Enterprise Initiative—a free 20-week business accelerator programme—that collaboration works. The Rosyth Hubspace provides hot desks, fixed desks and an environment buzzing with creativity and enthusiasm for those lucky enough to be enrolled in the twice yearly programme. Many of the Acorn graduates end up staying on at Rosyth, soaking up the atmosphere of potential and growth and sharing skills with their co-work colleagues to better understand their own business goals and positively overcoming challenges.
The Acorn programme has just started in our new site at the Flour Mill Dundee and we are soon to begin leasing some co-work space in their hub while the wider building renovation works are ongoing. It’s an exciting time to get involved with LibertySpace!
