Strathie rarely in trouble as they tighten grip on second
Strathmore turned on the style to chalk up a 51-21 win at home to Harris and tighten their grip on second place in BT Caledonia Division One.

The students were 55-0 winners away to Perthshire seconds, while Waid saw off Howe of Fife seconds 47-17 at Anstruther.
Third-placed Rosyth Sharks were the day’s high scorers, stopping the scoreboard at 97-5 at home to Alloa seconds.
Bannockburn were also in free-scoring mode, with a 73-3 win at Stobswell.
Crieff & Strathearn were untroubled in seeing off Aberfeldy 63-26, while the day’s closest encounter saw the Angus Development side take five points after squeezing home 26-25 against Grangemouth Stags seconds.
