All to play for in national league title race

Highs and lows are the focal points in today’s fixture card with all to play for as the national league title will be won or lost somewhere in Glasgow.

However their scrap at Auchenhowie is fraught with danger since hosts Wildcats will be equally driven as they seek to confirm their place in the European play-off line ups. Meanwhile at Titwood Clydesdale are hot tips to snaffle all three points from their clash with Dundee Wanderers. The Taysiders’ recent indifferent form has seen them drop down to sixth in the table but still well clear of the relegation dogfight.

Grove Menzieshill’s weekend mission is to maintain interest in finishing third. They should collect all six points on offer without too much difficulty away to Hillhead today before GHK are guests at DISC tomorrow.

St Andrews University have avoided the drop from Division 2 however their peers from Dundee fell through the trapdoor some time ago.
