Don’t get too excited Paddy McGuinness fans. This is just a one-off special aimed at an ‘older range’ of contestant­s (which in TV terms means anyone over the age of 50). Dusting off Cupid’s bow, the host will attempt to work his match-making magic on a lineup of 30 single golden girls.

Hidden (BBC4, 9pm-10pm)

New series. The discovery of a young woman’s body in a river in Snowdonia National Park brings DI Cadi John and DS Owen Vaughan together. The discovery opens old wounds in the community and the woman’s father is furious with what he sees as police ineptitude. Greer reveal with typical honesty, candour and wit her thoughts on the days when the book was originally published, as well as her opinion on the MeToo movement. Camille Paglia, Zoe Heller and Rosie Boycott are among those sharing their opinions on the influence of The Female Eunuch.

All Round to Mrs Brown’s (BBC1, 9.15pm-10.15pm)
