Festive appeal to raise funds for charity’s cancer care centres
Maggie’s Fife has appealed to people to make a Christmas gift of support to the cancer caring centre.
It has suggested several ways people can help over the festive season, including buying its Christmas cards or buying or selling its Christmas raffle tickets.
Donations made and direct debits set up in December will be matched pound for pound by the People’s Postcode Lottery.
The charity is also encouraging people to organise festive activities in aid of Maggie’s.
Fife Provost Jim Leishman is backing the appeal. He said: “There are a range of ways people can help Maggie’s Fife this Christmas that will suit everyone’s budget.”
