Grove relishing trip to face Gordonians

-

Grove Menzieshill must be looking forward to their trip to Aberdeen to play Gordonians who are still pointless after eight games.

Menzieshill were in superb form over last weekend, at least for a major part of each of their two games, and the results were two good victories.

Anything like a repeat today will secure three more points.

Grange lead the way and face frequent rivals Kelburne.

But that scenario has changed with Kelburne’s dip in form and so the three points should easily be Grange’s.

Dundee Wanderers are inactive having already played Aberdeen Grammar twice but their place at the top of Division 2 will not be under threat.

While St Andrews University are reasonably comfortable in mid-table, the same cannot be said for Perthshire who need the points from their clash to move clear of the relegation zone.

Monarchs are well placed in Division 3, although well behind Erskine Stewart’s Melville, while Harris are second from bottom.

There can only be one result when the two meet at Dalnacraig.
