Four community groups land share of £1.9m lottery cash
Four Fife community groups are to share in £1.9 million of funding through the National Lottery Community Fund.
The Link East Fife Mental Health Befriending Project is to receive £87,000 to expand its adolescent befriending project to Glenrothes, while the Urban Target Detached Youth and Community Project will get £81,282 to work with people aged eight to 24 who are socially excluded.
Fife Gingerbread’s award of £66,000 will help deliver its Fife Teen Parent Project, working to improve the mental and emotional health of teen parent families.
Families First St Andrews has been granted £44,000 to run activities improving young people’s wellbeing.
