With a brighter future now emerging, what happens next for our students. it’s time to look towards

Throughout the pandemic, we’ve worked hard to deliver high quality teaching and learning across our institutions. Our students have been able to continue with their studies and graduate with meaningful results, and, crucially, the local pathways to both further and higher education have remained very much open our local communities. to

As the current academic year draws towards a close, and positive signs of recovery from Covid gather pace across the UK, we are pleased to be planning for what student life will look like after the summer.

Whatever the status of Covid Protection Level come the new academic session, what we can say with certainty is that there will be an array of high-quality study opportunities here in Dundee, no matter your age, stage, circumstances or background.

Dundee has built a reputation as one of the best places in the United Kingdom to be a student, based on excellent teaching, an inclusive culture, the first-rate student experience on offer in our college and universities, and the benefits of living in a city which has lots to offer.

As three independent institutions we are committed to working closely and collaboratively to support our students and the wider region. We are enormously proud of how our thriving and vibrant student community gives Dundee its unique buzz, while making a significant cultural and creative contribution to the city and playing an important role in its economy.

There are many options in Dundee for anyone from the local area who is keen to study close to home. Whether it’s going straight into a college or university course, moving on to a degree after a period at college, or preparing to return to education as an adult learner, our institutions will work together to guide applicants towards the right option for them.

Although the last year has been difficult for everyone, the overwhelming majority of Dundee students have come through the worst phases of the pandemic with a positive and responsible outlook, showing great resilience and a determination to succeed, backed every step of the way by a network of support, guidance and practical assistance at college and university.

Whatever the future holds, we are ready to welcome our new and returning students this summer and to support them through the next chapter in their lives.
