Sunday morning worship at Perth Methodist Church will be led by Rev Gil Evans at 11am.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available after the service.

Kinnoull Parish Church will have worship in the church at 10.30am on Sunday. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served afterwards. Messy church will run from 4pm-6pm. On Monday, the guild will meet at 1.30pm for the AGM followed by a music quiz. The youth group meets from 5.30pm7pm for P5-P7 and 7.15pm-8.15pm for S1+. Messy play is on Tuesday from 10am11.30am. Chat and Chew is from 11.30am3pm with tea, coffee, biscuits, soup and bread at noon. There is free Wi-Fi and sofas to sit on to chat or play games. Music Group meets from 2.30pm4.30pm.

On Thursday April 18, there will be chairbased exercises from 10.30am in the hall. The book club meets at 2pm to review The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt. On Friday April 19, messy play is from 10am-11.30am followed by Chat and Chew at 11.30am-3pm. Soup and bread is served from noon. In the evening there will be the Boys’ Brigade and Girls’ Associatio­n at the church. The Anchors will meet from 6pm to 7pm, the Juniors will meet from 6.45pm to 8.15pm and finally the Company and Seniors will meet from 8pm to 10pm.

On Sunday, Aberlemno Village Hall will host its Pictish Room open afternoon (noon-3pm) and launch its sunflower growing competitio­n.

The quiz night, held by Aberlemno Primary School, is on May 17 at 7pm. Teams of up to four are permitted and the cost is £5 per person. A plant sale will be held on June
