● Craigie and Moncreiffe Church of Scotland will give worship in Moncreiffe Church, Perth, at 10.30am on Sunday.

● Scone Seniors Club will meet in Brown & Blacks for afternoon tea on Wednesday April 24 at 2.30pm.

This is the last meeting of the season until September 25.

● A Dundee woman is holding “a dance for peace” to raise awareness of the war in Gaza. The event is being held on Friday, from 9pm to 3am, in Loco (Casa’s basement) in Dundee. It hopes to raise funds to provide hot meals for people affected in Gaza.

Dundee Rugby Club Valkyries player Zainab Alwahid said: “The fundraiser will be held to raise money and awareness for the events going on in Gaza and Palestine.

“When you arrive, you will walk into a room full of artwork, poetry and informatio­n about this conflict. You will also be greeted with a free drink and then head downstairs to the club where we have local DJs supporting the event.

“All funds will be sent to the World Care Foundation to help provide hot meals for those affected by the conflict.” For more informatio­n, contact: zainabalwa­hid51@ gmail.com

● As part of the Speak Oot festival, Dundee Pensioners will tell their stories of growing up, going to school, falling in and out of love, raising a family and going to work in the post-war years.

The event will be held on Thursday at 2pm in Central Library. Entry is free and participat­ion is encouraged. Another session will be held on April 22 at 7pm in Arthurston­e Library.
