DESCRIBED AS “a mirror image” of rock star Jon Bon Jovi, Tony Pearce will take to the stage in Dunfermline next week with tribute band The Bon Jovi Experience.

And the UK-based performer can boast that he’s the only Bon Jovi tribute act to have shared the stage with the man himself.

Formed in 1983, New Jersey rock outfit Bon Jovi have sold over 120 million albums worldwide and performed more than 2,600 concerts in over 50 countries for millions of fans.

Bon Jovi are still very much in the music scene, touring internationally to destinations such as Spain, Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Italy, the UK and Ireland.

Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger said of Tony Pearce: “Have you seen this guy? He looks so much like Jon Bon Jovi it’s freaky.” Radio DJ Chris Evans described the band as the best tribute he had ever seen.

Tony started singing at the age of six after being chosen for the school choir and has been performing the music of Bon Jovi for over 15 years.

He started out performing in tribute act By Jovi from 1995 until 2004, after which time he formed The Bon Jovi Experience.

He once appeared on Channel 4’s Big Breakfast show with the real Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora and has made various TV and film appearances, including ITV’s International Stars and their Doubles hosted by Dale Winton, BBC’s Doctors series and British film Kinky Boots.

Alongside Tony, there are three other former By Jovi members in the band: Jon (Tico) drums, Steve C (Hugh) bass and Chris (Dave) keyboards. With Edd (Richie Sambora - guitarist).

The band will perform all of Bon Jovi’s most popular hits including: Livin’ On a Prayer, Keep the Faith, Bad Medicine, You Give Love a Bad Name, and many more.

The show begins at 7.30pm and tickets cost £16.50. For more information call:
