Woman’s identity sought

She said she was ushered into a bedroom before Steven Dick told her she deserved to die. The 33-year-old said she struck out at him but was unsure whether she connected, but was then assaulted and found herself on the floor. Dick wanted her to remove her clothes. The woman said she was told to lie on the bed and trussed with cable ties and duct tape and repeatedly struck with a belt.

Dick asked her to perform a sex act on him and she said: “I didn’t really think I had much choice in the matter.”

The woman said she went to a friend’s home to contact police after the incident.

She denied describing rape fantasies on a website specialising in such materiel.

A dvocate depute Paul Kearney accused Steven Dick of creating evidence to try to blacken the woman's name and making a profile on the rape desires website to escape responsibility, which he denied.

A t the end of the trial the Crown urged Lord Doherty to consider calling for a full risk assessment to be carried out on Steven Dick which can lead to the making of an Order for Lifelong Restriction.
