Cowdenbeath re-sign duo

Cowdenbeath have re-signed two of their most experienced players, with skipper John Armstrong and his defensive colleague Kenny Adamson agreeing to remain as Blue Brazil players.

Newly-appointed manager Colin Nish said: “I am pleased to keep hold of two boys who know the club inside out.”
