Fantastic start for Perth racer

Snetterton in Norfolk was the venue for Round 5 of the National Superstock 1,000cc Championship, and 27-year-old Paul Wishart from Perth was hoping to continue his good form so far this season. The last time Paul raced at Snetterton was in 2011 while competing on a 600cc machine. Paul started well, and had moved ups everal places at the end of the first lap. On lap five he overshot a corner taking him on to the grass, but managed to rejoin the track and fought his way back to cross the line in 24th. The next round of the Championship is at his home track of Knockhill on July 5.
