Air cadet lands promotion
Lorraine Mackenzie, a member of Blairgowrie ATC Squadron, has been promoted to cadet warrant officer.
She received her promotion from commanding officer, Flight Lieutenant Roy Kemp. Lorraine joined the ATC Perth Squadron in August 2012 and transferred to the Blairgowrie (2519 Strathmore) Squadron in March 2013.
