A warrant was issued yesterday for the arrest of a Perth man who has admitted sexually assaulting and taking photographs of a woman’s naked body.

Dane Lundie, 31, of Collinson View, failed to appear at Perth Sheriff Court after previously admitting on November 16, 2014, , he sexually assaulted a woman by touching her inappropriately and taking photographs of her naked body while she was sleeping and incapable of providing consent.

The court had heard 19 images were found on Lundie’s phone.

A Perth man who shouted “slag” and “slut” to two teenage girls was yesterday given a tagging order at court for four months, meaning he must remain in his house between 7pm and 7am.

Depute fiscal Robbie Brown told the court that Steven McCole, 25, of Dunsinane Drive, had no reason for shouting at the two girls, who were out walking at around 7.40pm on December 29.

“The girls didn’t know the accused but he shouted at them and then approached them and pulled the hair of one female,” he said. “They were extremely upset.” Solicitor Pauline Cullerton, defending, said her client suffered from epileptic attacks and thought he had suffered one that evening.

“My client had taken some lager that reacted with his medication,” she said. “He has had four such seizures since being taken into custody.”

McCole admitted on Rannoch Road, Perth, he shouted and swore at two teenage girls. He also pleaded guilty to assaulting one girl by pulling her hair at Tainsh Grocers, Rannoch Road.

He was also given a community order for 12 months.

Alan Brown, 34, Crieff Road, Perth, was yesterday ordered to carry out 180 hours’ unpaid work in the community. He admitted on December 12 last year at Perth Leisure Pool he forced open two lockers and stole cash and bank cards.
