Barnardo’s is looking for more volunteers to commit their time

Barnardo’s Scotland is asking residents to help keep the Perth shop open on a Sunday.

The shop is in desperate need of volunteers who can commit their time.

Jane Guild, Perth store manager, said: “Volunteers are vital to Barnardo’s Scotland. We are in need of more volunteers to join our small friendly team and help keep the shop running.

“We are looking for people from all walks of life, of all ages and with different levels of time to give. We will give you the opportunity to learn new skills and be part of the local community while putting your spare time to good use.”
