When you’ve been born into a family with an uncle who made rockabilly history with the likes of Summertime Blues and C’mon Everybody, you’re left with a couple of choices: run as far away in the other career direction as possible and get into real estate or bricklaying; or take up the cudgel and follow in their sonic footsteps.

Bobby Cochran (nephew of Eddie) chose the latter and the end result has been well worth his efforts to meet that almighty challenge.

Now a highly respected Nashville guitarist, his credits include working alongside The Flying Burrito Brothers and Steppenwolf, while Somethin’ Else co-members Mike Bell and Brian Hodgson have their own musical roots buried deep in rock ‘n’ roll.

This tour coincides with the 60th anniversary of Eddie Cochran’s debut solo single Skinny Jim and promises “rock ‘n’ roll the way it’s meant to be”.
