The Abertay Historical Society’s March Evening lecture tonight will see archaeologist and ceramic specialist Derek Hall give a talk entitled: ‘In Rood Health’ – Excavations at Perth Whitefriars 201416.

Derek will describe the ongoing excavations of Perth’s medieval Carmelite friary in advance of its planned redevelopment. He is an expert on this site, having first investigated it in 1982 and then again in 2008.
