Free parking scheme for town centres during Winter Festival

A popular free parking scheme will return to Perth later this month.

From Thursday November 24 until Friday January 27 there will be free parking available after 2pm each Thursday and Friday across Perth and Kinross.

The aim of the “Free after Two” scheme – which has been running for five years – is to boost festive footfall in town centres across the area.

The promotion is taking place in Perth and Kinross Council operated car parks to complement the Winter Festival.

The promotion also applies to council operated car parks in Blairgowrie, Crieff, Dunkeld and Pitlochry town centres.

The scheme does not apply to sites run by Smart Parking.
