Young bulls ave – 168p. OTM cattle ave – 150p. Beef cows ave – 117p. Dairy cows ave – 84p. Cast bulls ave – 111p. Leading the sale at 248ppkg was a Limousin Heifer from Knockhouse, Dunfermline. Bullocks topped at 240ppkg from Brockwoodlees. United Auctions, Stirling, sold 5,733 prime sheep including 4,488 lambs selling to an average of 158.04p and 1245 ewes and rams, including 480 show Blackface lambs. The champion pen was from Hillhead and sold for £84.
