Plea to dog owners in Rosyth

Fife Council has launched a new campaign in Rosyth asking dog owners to “Just bin it”.

A number of dog fouling hot spots have been identified throughout the town and the council will be using lamp-post signs, banners and social media to raise awareness and encourage people to clean up after their pet.

Safer community officers will also increase patrols in these areas, issuing fines to anyone not cleaning up after their dog.
