TalkTalk chief to leave

Dido Harding is to step down as chief executive of TalkTalk in May after seven years at the telecoms firm.

She will be succeeded by the managing director of consumer, Tristia Harrison.

Ms Harding said it was time for her to step down after seven fulfilling years, during which TalkTalk’s customer experience has been transformed and foundations laid for long-term growth.
