PERFORM IN PERTH: The annual Perform in Perth coffee morning will be held tomorrow in St Matthew’s Church on Tay Street, Perth.

Running from 10am to 11.30am there will be tea, coffee and homebaking available.

Anyone who would like to donate anything should bring it along to St Matthew’s from 9.30am. Entry is £2.50. HERITAGE ASSOCIATIO­N: The Coupar Angus and District Heritage Associatio­n has a meeting tonight at 7.30pm in the bowling club when a talk will be given by Mike Taylor about the Battle of the Somme. All welcome. COFFEE MORNING: A coffee morning will be held in Stanley Village Hall on Saturday between 10am and 11.30am. MILNATHORT: Orwell and Portmoak Parish Church All Age Joint service on Sunday will be held in Milnathort Town Hall at 10.30am, followed by a soup lunch in aid of the Church of Scotland HIV project. All are welcome to attend.

At 3pm there will be a service of thanksgivi­ng and remembranc­e in Orwell Church and an invitation is extended to anyone who has suffered the loss of a family member or friend, recently or not so recently. SCONE SENIORS CLUB: The seniors meet in the RDM Institute on Wednesday February 8 at 2.30pm for their annual bingo session. All are welcome to attend. ERROL PENSIONERS: The group’s next bingo is in the Errol Village Hall on Thursday February 16, eyes down 7.30pm. GAELIC SOCIETY OF PERTH: The society’s latest ceilidh will be held in St Matthew’s Church hall on Friday February 10 at 7.30pm.

Stirling Gaelic Choir will provide most of the musical entertainm­ent, joined by Mod gold medallist Robert Robertson on the accordion.

Admission is £5 for members and £6 for non-members. INNER LINK CLUB OF PERTH: The next meeting takes place on Wednesday February 15 when the topic will be Parking in Perth.
