Craigclowan provides a warm and nurturing environment for boys and girls aged three to 13, with excellent specialist teaching facilities for nursery, sport, music and the arts and each academic curriculum area.

Staff value imagination, individualism and variety and want children to fulfil their talents wherever they lie. Teachers seek to foster a lifetime’s love of learning through a rich and varied curriculum in a stimulating environment and every pupil is encouraged to achieve their potential – academically, on the sports field and in more than 50 extra-curricular activities.

The outdoor classroom, all-weather training ground, sports fields, Forest School and trim trail are in daily use and small class sizes ensure every child gets the attention they need. Frequent communication between home and school means nothing is overlooked.

Minibuses collect children from Cupar, Kinross, Alyth, Blairgowrie, Meikleour and Cargill in the mornings and a new run from Auchterarder and Dunning will begin after Easter.

To assist working parents, a breakfast club is open from 7.30am and free after-school care is available for all children until 6pm daily.

Craigclowan also operates a number of holiday activity camps throughout the year including multi-activity camps and hockey, cricket and tennis coaching.
