Appeal to trace Kelty youngster

Police have appealed for help in tracing a 12-year-old Fife boy who has gone missing.

Shane Davey, who lives in Kelty, was last seen on Bute Crescent in the Abbeyview area of Dunfermline at around 3pm on Friday.

Officers have been conducting inquiries since this time and are asking for anyone who can help to come forward.

Shane is described as 4ft 6in, of stocky build and with light brown hair.

When he was last seen he was wearing black jeans, a grey jacket, possibly a grey hoodie and black trainers.

Anyone who may have seen Shane since this time is urged to contact Dunfermline Police Station via 101, quoting incident number 1861 of May 12.
