Dog-walker stabbed

A dog-walker was stabbed after he refused to hand over his mobile phone in an unprovoked attack.

The assault happened in a wooded area close to Whistleberry Crescent in Hamilton on Friday.

The 40-year-old man refused to hand over his phone and the suspect stabbed him in the abdomen before running off at around 3.45pm.
