Tories maintain lead

The Tories continue to enjoy a commanding lead over Labour, the latest polls suggest.

A Survation poll for Good Morning Britain put the Tories on 48%, up one point from a similar survey last week, with Labour unchanged on 30%.

The Lib Dems were up one point on 8% with Ukip unchanged on 4%.

The NHS was the most important issue for voters, followed by Brexit, the economy and education.

The Tories were also on 48% in the latest Guardian/ICM poll, down one point from last week.
