John Terry scored for a 17th successive Premier League season as champions Chelsea beat Watford 4-3 last night courtesy of Cesc Fabregas’s late strike.

The 36-year-old defender, who will leave the club in the summer, made his 716th Chelsea appearance, scoring his 67th goal. Cesar Azpilicueta and Michy Batshuayi also netted for the FA Cup finalists as they held off the Hornets.
