By a very large circle of his friends in Dundee and district, the news of the death from wounds of Second Lieutenant Robert Gordon Millar, of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, will be received with the deepest regret. The deceased officer was a son of Mrs ML Millar of Inverlyric, Ancrum Road, and was 32 years of age. He was a graduate of St Andrews University, and in the social life of the university there was no more popular personage than “Bob”, in whose nature there was much bright sunshine.
