Strictly stars set course for Perth

-

Strictly Come Dancing star Brendan Cole is bringing his latest show to Perth in the new year.

The New Zealand dancer is preparing to tour Scotland with his All Night Long production.

The show won critical acclaim when it began its run last year.

Created and hosted by Cole himself, All Night Long takes audiences on a musical journey through dance, music, comedy, and all things ballroom.

The Strictly favourite will be joined on stage by a cast of championship dancers and a 13-piece band.

The tour rolls into Perth Concert Hall on Wednesday February 21.

Cole is one of just two professional dancers to have competed in every series.

He danced the first show of the first series and won the first glitterball trophy.

This year, he has been paired with Good Morning Britain’s Charlotte Hawkins.

Previous partners have included Natasha Kaplinsky, Kelly Brook and Lisa Snowdon.

Later in the year, two more Strictly stars – Aljaz Skorjanec and Janette Manrara – will be at Perth Concert Hall for their show Remembering Fred.

The pair will be performing steps and turns from Hollywood’s golden age as they celebrate the life and work of Fred Astaire.

The show will come to Perth in May.
