PERTH AND KINROSS: NEWS IN BRIEF
KINNOULL HILL:
Perth and Kinross Council will reveal its preliminary proposals for a new management plan at a public meeting of Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park Group tomorrow at 7.30pm in the Gannochy Community Hall. The meeting will highlight the possibilities for improved maintenance and access to funding for long-term projects to improve the park.
HERITAGE:
Coupar Angus and District Heritage Association’s next meeting is on Friday at 7.30pm in St Anne’s Church Hall. Speaker Mike Taylor will talk about the Battle of Passchendaele, 100 years ago.
FLOWER CLUB:
Perth Flower Club celebrates its emerald anniversary on Monday in the Grampian Hotel with a demonstration and dinner. The demonstrator is Audrey Buchan and among those attending will be chairwoman of the Scottish Association of Flower Arrangement Society, Irene Young. Dinner is at 6 for 6.30pm, and the demonstration starts at 7.30.
MUSIC:
Glenfarg Folk Club’s next meeting takes place at Backstage at the Green Hotel in Kinross on Monday, beginning at 7.30pm. Eilidh Grant and Kenny Spiers will entertain.
COFFEE MORNING: Kettins Parish Hall will be the venue for a coffee morning and the church Christmas raffle on Saturday December 9, between 10 and 11.30am.

To help shape the local development plan for the Cairngorms National Park, which includes Blair Atholl, visit the CNPA website. The consultation ends on March 2.
